Hello,

I'm working on a game. It is fairly simple, but the challenge in making it is that there are 28 specific goals (patterns to measure and score in a domino arrangement) that I would like to communicate mostly through graphics instead of words.

I've started with the card format. Here are 2:

Some questions I'm considering:

1. Should I try and make the game more thematic putting more of a theme into the card design, or would that make it busier and difficult to understand the specifics of the goal?
2. Should I add some more texture to the shapes, or would that make it too busy?
3. How small can I make the text?
4. How small should I make the cards?
5. Should a make the corners sharp instead of rounded?
6. How do I make the appearance of the cards match with typical dominoes and markers players would provide?
